5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services.
If you wish to cancel a project, any work completed up to that point will be chargeable.
Refunds are not available for completed design work.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain the copyright to all designs until full payment is received.
After payment, you will receive a license to use the design for its intended purpose.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

You must provide all necessary content, logos, and materials required for your project.
You confirm that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before finalisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
We are not responsible for errors in the final design if you have approved the work.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project details confidential.
We may use project details for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
